C & I Insurance Brokers Ltd. was
incorporated in 1995 under the name Commercial &
Industrial Int’l Insurance Brokers unlimited to
transact insurance business.
In the year 2000 however, the status of the
company was changed to Limited Liability with
share capital in order to comply
with the provisions of the Insurance Decree of
1997 and the name also changed from Commercial &
Industrial to C & I.
Since its registration,
the company has been actively engaged in the
business of offering technical insurance and
risk management services to numerous clients
within and outside Nigeria.
C & I is
a dynamic organization of key individuals, innovative underwriting techniques,
and a desire to be the best in the insurance industry.
The company was formed by a group of professionals with
many years of insurance, financial, legal and management experience
hence, we have the professional know-how to meet the diverse demands of our
clients. In addition, we have, on our board, Directors who are enthusiastic about the job.
They have all been involved in formulating management policies at one stage or
the other.
C & I has the financial security in the form of Professional Indemnity
to support our growth, and to maintain our status as one of the industry
leaders.
